The only way we or our members obtain your email and or physical address is if you give it to us. Your email address will not be sold to other organizations for commercial purposes.

We will notify you of meetings and events with your email unless you have specifically told us you do not want us to. You may opt-out of email at anytime. You always have the option of the US mail.

We are totally against spam.
If you receive unsolicited email from us or any of our members, please notify us at moreinfo@geyservillecc.com. Include the offending email with all the headers intact. Please be aware that it is not uncommon for spammers to hide behind someone else's email account, as well as use mail servers that they do not own.

Can I “opt-out” of receiving e-mail?
Absolutely. You may choose not to receive promotional emails or newsletters from us by following the “unsubscribe” instructions

in the specific e-mail from which you wish to opt-out or by simply replying with "unscubscribe.".

We will respond to a request made pursuant to these methods as promptly as practicable for an all volunteer organization. Even if you elect to stop receiving promotional e-mails from us, we may still contact you to tell you important information about us or our website(s).

Can the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce change our Privacy Policy?
Yes. We reserve the right to change this Policy in order to address future developments of geyservillecc.com, its website or changes in industry or legal trends. Depending on the nature of the change, we will either announce the change on the home page of the website; provide notice via e-mail; or take other action as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

We do not currently collect personal information online. Our application for membership can be mailed or faxed.
